1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Saga Gateway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Zero-Liability for Agent Actions

SAGA GATEWAY IS A GUARDRAIL AND ROUTING LAYER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF YOUR AUTONOMOUS AGENTS.

While our system provides Human-in-the-Loop interception and deterministic rollback capabilities, you remain solely legally and financially responsible for any actions executed by your AI agents through our platform.

We do not monitor your agent's internal logic, code, or context. If you approve a transaction in the Gateway Dashboard, you accept full responsibility for its execution on the target platform (e.g., Stripe).

3. Usage and Billing

Saga Gateway operates on a Pay-As-You-Go metered billing model ($0.05 per executed tool call) processed securely via Stripe.

• You are only billed for transactions that are APPROVED and successfully EXECUTED.
• You are NOT billed for transactions that are DENIED, nor are you billed for ROLLBACK operations.
• We reserve the right to suspend API access for accounts with delinquent payments or invalid payment methods.

4. License and Acceptable Use

You may not use Saga Gateway for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Enterprise users utilizing the BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) container are granted a non-transferable license via Keygen.sh, which verifies active subscription status. Reverse engineering or bypassing license checks is strictly prohibited.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email associated with their account.
